BOWS
Do you make your bows yourself?
Yes, we do. We have manufactured and developed our bows entirely ourselves since the start in 2013. We manufacture everything from our own material, manufacturing method and design. We have extensive knowledge of bow manufacturing and can tailor anything you can imagine.
Can I order association/team bows from you?
Of course!
ORDERS
Do you make team clothes?

What is the advantage of having a Pro-shop at Cheerlife?
The biggest advantage is that you as a team have direct contact with us who manufacture your products, plus we have short ordering times compared to other suppliers of team clothing. Cheerlife is also one of the few manufacturers that works with all glitter colors if you want glitter.
Cheerlife also collaborates with other types of associations and also makes private orders outside the cheer industry. Contact us for more information.
What products can you offer?
We can do a lot. Here are some examples…
SHOES
Generally to think about current cheer shoes.
All feet are different and therefore you experience that different shoes have different level of comfort. The most important thing is that YOU think the shoe fits well on your foot, i.e. that it does not slip in the heel and the shoe fits well over the back of the foot. However, it's not wrong to have a small growth space so you don't have to buy new cheer shoes every month.
We have selected the shoes we know are suitable for the mats that are mostly used in Sweden.

How to measure the foot in the best way?
We suggest using a measuring stick inside the shoe. Bring the stick down until it stops, without pressing to then read how many cm you get. This is not always easy to achieve the first time, so feel free to do it 2-3 times to see if you get the same result. Round to the nearest 0.5cm. We use this method when we go through our sizes and models.
Alternatively, stand with your foot on a piece of paper and draw a mark on the paper at the end of the heel and the front of the toe. Make sure you have your body weight on the foot you are measuring because the foot flattens when you put weight on it. Then measure the distance on the paper and round to the nearest 0.5cm to see what size the foot is. The closest size will probably fit perfectly on the foot, but does not provide room for growth or a pleasant feel when jumping and moving. If growth space is needed, we suggest choosing a maximum 0.5-1cm depending on age and growth phases. After that it's just down to how comfortable each person feels with a tight size or a little more air for the toes.
What sizes do you have in stock?
We actively update the information on the website so the sizes you see on each shoe are the ones we have in stock. This is to make it easier for you if you want to visit the store, but first check if the sizes you want to try are in stock. We reserve the right for possible errors in the warehouse as it may happen that we have missed updates at some point.
It's our first cheer shoe, how do I choose the right shoe?
A cheer shoe should sit with a firm grip over the foot and the heel should not slip, nor should you be able to slide around in the shoe. After tumbling (acrobatics) or building, a landing must be stable. You want to be able to trust that the shoe fits where it should so that the foot and ankle can do their job without sustaining injuries.
Your age makes a difference! If you are of a growing age, growth space are usually desired. Do not choose a shoe that is too big as this can cause unwanted wear on the cheer shoe both in exercises and in construction, which can cause problems especially for the tops when the tip of the shoe can fold over the toes when the bases hold the shoe. We can help you to choose the right size in the physical store. Other ways to compensate for the size is to use a thicker sock to fill out. You will find our models linked here .

Your shoe tables do not match the supplier's or other tables we have seen online?
We have noticed since the start that the guidance on size tables between countries/parts of the world is difficult to interpret correctly. That's why we've gone through all the sizes ourselves and measured ourselves with a regular measuring stick to make an easier-to-read size chart where you don't have to think about whether the model is large or small in size. However, we stick to American sizes and state all sizes in millimeters on our tables.
She is base/top/back spot, do you need a special shoe then?
There are shoes adapted for different positions and a couple of things to think about. The shoes that are adapted to different positions are usually most suitable for cheerleaders who have been involved in the sport for several years and are then often at a higher level and with a fixed position in the team. We have noticed that it is not the position that is most important in the choice of shoes, but that it is more about wanting to have good contact with the mat when doing your tumbling (acrobatics). We have then seen that people usually choose thinner shoes.

If you are new or if you do not train at a high level, it is also more common to change positions, which means that choosing shoes in this way can often be downright impractical. That's why we have shoes that fit both specific positions and shoes that are more all around. However, the most important thing is that the shoe fits comfortably on the foot.
Are X shoes small or large in size?
Yes and no. Shoes are made in a factory but it is still a craft where employees put material on a template which is then glued/sewn. This means that all shoes can be slightly different in one way or another. We also see that there are differences in the same brand but different models and take this into account in our size charts. We also know that everyone's feet are different, even right and left feet are rarely the same size.
We have been working with cheer shoes for a number of years now and are used to trying out the right size on feet. We can help you, but it is of course easiest to do it on site in the store or if we have shoes with us out to some association.
Can the insole be replaced?
Some shoes have removable soles, some don't. .
