Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
- Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a couple of questions, you identify yourself easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A finesse with Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe. - Payson

Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Delivery
From SEK 59* in shipping on orders. Normally, your order is shipped within 2-5 working days. We take no responsibility for Posten's delivery times and/or handling.
Conditions for delivery are also stated in the checkout under the respective delivery method. Unless otherwise stated, your order is normally dispatched within 2-5 working days. If a delivery delay occurs on our side, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
If you do not redeem your package, we charge a fee of SEK 295.
If you have not received your order, you need to contact us no later than 6 weeks after placing your order and we will help you.
Return e-commerce
As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to current consumer protection legislation.
Return the item in its original packaging in its original condition. Any markings and tags must remain on the item. You have the right to open the packaging and try the product provided that the nature of the product requires this. If the item is not in unchanged condition, Cheerlife has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the item's original value from the return amount. Note that no postal labels or the like may be placed directly on the shoebox when returning. If the carton is damaged upon return to us, we charge a fee of at least 30% of the item's value or a minimum of SEK 150. Caps must not be sent in envelopes, but must be sent to us in cardboard boxes as the shape must be maintained.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or self-designed products. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to hygiene items such as hair ties (Scrunchies), bows and socks.
The right of withdrawal begins the day after you receive the goods (the withdrawal period). Return shipping costs SEK 69 (SEK 119 for generous) if you use the return label that comes with the delivery*, the amount will be adjusted upon refund. You, as the sender, are responsible for the shipment reaching Cheerlife.
*Only applies to Sweden. (Other countries you pay for the return yourself).
We do not redeem shipments against cash on delivery or the like.
Changed
We are unable to exchange goods, but you have a full right of return for 14 days. To exchange your item for another, you return according to our return conditions and then order the item you want instead on a new order via the website. In this way, you will receive your new product faster.
14 days open purchase
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.
If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the returned item being of less value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. If you have filled in the return slip correctly, it will make our handling easier.
Complaints
1. Contact us first by email and tell us what is wrong. Include steps 2 and 3 for best processing of the case.
2. State the order number if the item is ordered online or attach a picture of your receipt. Also add the article number/product name of the item you want to advertise.
3. Also attach pictures so we can get a better idea. We want pictures of the fault itself, the sole of both shoes, a picture from above of both shoes and also the label in the shoe itself (usually on the inside of the tongue) that says the size.
We will then get back to you with details on how you can proceed.
Claimed goods must not be used after the claim has been made because any defects may worsen and the product then does not have the same original defect as when the claim was made. Cheerlife also does not issue a replacement product that can be used while the product is under complaint.
Cheerlife is responsible for defects that are original, that is, that were there when you received the item. We are not responsible for errors due to neglect, abnormal use, wear and tear, accidents or the like.
In the first place, it is investigated whether the fault can be repaired and in the second place you are replaced with a new, equivalent item.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute, Cheerlife AB's policy is to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
Privacy Policy
When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.
